Please help with concise instructions to install FamCare SOS and Safety app. If can't get help, will have to return to Amazon. I assume a reply would go to my email, which is balkjv@hotmail.com. I have spent hours trying to discern instructions in the little manual, and via AI, Amazon, Apple. A short YouTube video is not helpful. At one point I got apps loaded on both care recipient and family friend iphones, and reached a point where I sent an invite to the family friend. But still could not get that to work. [Solution] If you signed up for membership with a phone number, you should be invited to the phone number, and if you signed up by e-mail, you should be invited by e-mail. As a result of checking, the user who received the invitation signed up for membership by e-mail, but the app did not recognize it because the invitation was made by the phone number, not by e-mail. If you sign up for membership and proceed with the invitation by phone number, you will see the "Accept the Invitation" button in the invitee's app, and if you press this button, the invitation will be made from the FamCare app on both smartphones. Note) How to check what you signed up for From the FamCare App > Home > Information > App settings > My information, you can check whether your membership information is in your phone number or by email. trouble installing famcare sos app. can download app to both care recipient iphone and invitee iphone, set up care room, but then could not finish connection. Tried to delete Care Room to start over, but now have 3 care rooms listed. Delete process did not remove. Deleted app and started over, but 3 former Care Rooms Still appeared. Logged out and back in. Also got SOS button to pair once, but now bluetooth connects only briefly and then disconnects. Need good instructions now!

Connect the FamCare SOS emergency bell to your smartphone via Bluetooth A. In most normal cases, press the red SOS button for 5 seconds and the LED indicator flashes quickly (approximately 1 minute), press the Find Device button in the app and connect the searched FamCare SOS XXXX device. B. If initialization is required: If the red SOS button is pressed for 5 seconds and the red light on the front of the emergency bell blinks 3 times and turns off, initialization is required or connected to another smartphone. If there is no SOS emergency bell connected to another smartphone, please do the following. 1) Initializing SOS emergency bell When the emergency bell is pressed for 5 seconds and the red light comes on, release the pressing hand for a moment and immediately press the emergency button again for 5 seconds to flash the red light faster than before. In this state, the initialization has been completed and the connection with the smartphone is possible. 2) Initializing Smartphone Bluetooth If you see FamCare xxxx in your smartphone's Bluetooth list, unregister (Android) or clear the device (iPhone) to delete it from your Bluetooth list. 안녕하세요, 이미 초대가 되었다는 메시지가 뜨는 것으로 봐서 초대는 된 것 같습니다. 1) 초대하는 분이 아닌 초대 받는 분의 스마트폰으로 가서 팸케어 앱을 설치하고(이미 설치되어 있으면 안해도 됨) 돌봄방 목록 화면에서 돌봄방명과 초대수락 버튼이 보여야 되고 이 초대수락 버튼을 누르면 초대가 완료됩니다. 이후 초대하는 분과 초대받는 분의 팸케어 앱에 돌봄방으로 입장하시면 초대한 사람과 초대받은 사람의 아이콘이 모두 표시되면 정상입니다. 2) 만약 돌봄방 명과 초대수락 버튼이 보이지 않는다면, 초대받는 분이 회원가입을 전화번호로 했는지 이메일로 했는지 확인하셔야 됩니다. 회원가입을 전화번호로 했으면 전화번호로 초대해야되고, 이메일로 회원가입했으면 이메일로 초대해야됩니다. 본인의 회원 가입 정보 확인 방법 -> 앱 내 마이페이지 (앱>돌봄방>정보>앱설정)로 이동하면 본인이 전화번호로 회원가입이 되어 있는지 Email로 회원가입이 되어 있는지 알 수 있습니다.

안녕하세요, 당사 앱이 팸케어와 팀케어가 있는데 현재 어떤 앱을 사용하는지 잘 몰라 2가지 경우 모두 답변드리겠습니다. 1) 팀케어를 사용할 경우 현재 보호자가 응급상황을 확인했어도 응급상황 종료는 돌봄대상 폰에서만 할 수 있게 되어 있습니다. 목적은 실제 비상상황이 벌어진 돌봄대상의 폰이 있는 현장에서 응급상황을 확실히 인지하고 종료하기를 원했기 때문입니다. 다만, 다른 사이트에서도 사용자들의 불편사항이 제기되고 있어서 비상벨을 가지고 있는 돌봄대상 뿐만 아니라 팀방 내의 관리자(처음 팀방을 만든 사람)도 응급상황을 종료할 수 있도록 프로그램을 변경하고 있습니다. 조금만 기다려 주시기 바랍니다. 2) 팸케어를 사용할 경우 현재는 보호자가 응급상황 버튼을 누르면 보호자 폰에서 알람소리 및 비상상황이 종료됩니다. 돌봄대상 폰에서는 알람소리는 몇 번 나다가 소리는 멈추고, 응급상황 지도 화면만 계속 표시되는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 목적은 보호자가 아무리 확인했더라도 실제로 비상상황이 발생한 돌봄대상의 폰에서 비상상황을 종료해야지만 확실한 상황종료라고 판단했기 때문입니다. 혹시 제가 이해한 것과 다른 내용이 있으면 다시 문의 부탁합니다.
