안녕하세요,
돌봄방을 삭제하려면 관리자만 할 수 있습니다. 관리자는 돌봄방을 만든 사람입니다. 관리자 스마트폰에서 삭제하려는 돌봄방을 들어간 후 하단의 "정보" 메뉴를 누르면 "돌봄방 삭제" 메뉴를 눌러 삭제합니다. 관리자가 아니면 "돌봄방 삭제" 메뉴가 보이지 않습니다.

눌렀을때 돌봄대상자 폰에는 알람이 안울리게 할 수는 없나요??무음으로 설정해도 소리가 나서 돌봄대상자가 너무 놀라십니다

돌봄대상의 폰에서 팸케어 앱 설정(돌봄방 홈>정보>앱설정)으로 들어가신 다음 "응급상황을 알리는 소리"가 무음으로 되어 있는지 확인바랍니다. 또한 앱설정 내 권한 설정하기에서 모든 권한이 허용되어 있는지 확인바랍니다. 그래도 안되면, 스마트폰을 껏다 키시고 앱을 지웠다 다시 설치해보시기 바랍니다.
